Please beware of ANYONE soliciting on behalf of the Underground Infrastructure Conference (UIC). UIC will NOT release any “confirmed” or “verified” attendee lists so DO NOT be tricked into paying anyone for that information.

Admittance into the conference is by badge only. Everyone attending is required to register. Click on any Register button below to register.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitors, Speakers, Moderators, you receive complimentary registration to the main UIC program. Special events and CUIRE Training are not included in your registration. Please do not register until after we contact you.

Municipal Program

Do you work for a municipality or public works?  Register through the Municipal Partnership Program and save!

To maximize municipal public works attendance at this critical education event, we created a Municipal Partnership Program. The cost for municipal public works attendees will be complimentary for the Primary Program. Specialty training programs (CUIRE) and fee-based special events (Underground Infrastructure Awards, HDD Reunion) are not included in the Municipal Program.

To qualify, email your request to Karen@UndergroundInfrastructure.com now. To be considered, you MUST include the name of the organization, your business/job title and the organization’s web address. Your request must be sent from a work address (sorry, no gmail, yahoo mail, etc.).  Your registration includes access to the educational program, PDHs/CEUs, exhibits and the exhibit hall networking reception. After your qualifications have been confirmed, you will receive a registration code which is to be entered on the payment page. Please allow five business days after your request is submitted.

We recognize the importance of municipal and public works participation and want to ensure that you’ll be able to attend!

Letter of Invitation

We are happy to issue a letter of invitation so that you may receive a Visa to enter the United States to attend the Underground Infrastructure Conference.

The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law.

The below link is to the Visa Wizard. It is a guide to help foreign citizens understand which visa category might be appropriate for travel to the United States.

The results from this Visa Wizard do not guarantee that you will be eligible under law to receive a visa.  You must meet all legal requirements of the visa for which you are applying.  The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law.

Rules and Policies

Photographs are taken during UIC. By registering to attend, you acknowledge that Show Management will publish official show photography for the purpose of promoting the show that may contain your image.

Other than Show Management and/or the official show photographer, camera use in the exhibit hall will not be permitted either before or after exhibit hours.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds on cancellations, substitutions are permitted. 

Children under the age of 18 are specifically prohibited from being on the trade show floor during move-in and move-out hours.

Children under the age of 16 are specifically prohibited from being on the Exposition floor at any time unless part of a school program.

Alert!

Photos are taken during UIC and may be used to promote the conference in our magazine, on our website, in advertisements and in brochures. Your attendance at UIC means that you understand that no financial compensation is due to you, your heirs, or your employer, for the use of your image taken while you attended the conference.

Please be aware that we do not make the attendee list available to ANY third-party vendor. Unfortunately, exhibitors have fallen victim to this scam and have bought lists claiming to be the official attendee list. Protect yourself. These types of vendors are not affiliated with the Underground Infrastructure Conference and do not have access to the information they claim to be selling. You are advised to disregard emails from companies attempting to sell you a list. If you receive a message from any vendor you are unfamiliar with and would like to confirm their affiliation with UIC (or any of our events) please contact Ka***@Un***********************.com
